From showing you around our Takeley Showroom to get some inspiration, to measuring and designing your dream bathroom, and finally to delivering and installing your Bathroom for you by our team of experts, our professional end-to-end supply and fit service is here to help you achieve the dream Bathroom in your home, in the easiest and most enjoyable way. The priMo way.
Showroom Visit
This is the start of the priMo experience. At priMo, our Takeley Showroom was built with the Customer in mind from day one. We strongly believe that by visiting the Showroom, you can see our tradesmanship and expertise first hand before you even spend a penny on your next Bathroom project. Our team of bathroom specialists will be on hand to guide you and we will supply you with brochures to take home that are relevant to the products that you like here at the Showroom.
Home Survey
A member of our friendly team will come to your home and take all the measurements of your Bathroom and discuss any ideas that you may like to incorporate in your new Bathroom. We will then take the measurements and notes back to the Showroom, and draw up your bespoke quotation.
Bespoke Quotation
A full transparent quotation will be provided by a member of our experienced team via email, which will be itemised and broken down ready for you to easily dissect in the comfort of your own home. We are always here to support you through this stage if you need further explanation and understanding of your quotation.
Second Showroom Visit
You will be invited back into the Showroom to review the quotation with a member of our sales team in person. This step allows you to make any changes or alterations to your quote as well as ask any questions that you may have since your last visit. Once you have accepted the quotation, we will provide you with a ‘mood board’ of the products that you have chosen to purchase for your Bathroom project. This will allow you to visualise the products together on one piece of paper and give you the peace of mind that you have chosen your dream Bathroom. If you are also choosing our bathroom fitters to install your bathroom, we will get you booked into our fitting diary.
Supply & Installation
All of your chosen products will be delivered to our Showroom depot and safely loaded into our fitting teams vans ready to be installed. Our team of professional bathroom fitters will then turn up to your house on the scheduled start date and commence the project. We start by removing your old Bathroom suite and get everything ready to install your new dream Bathroom! We have an extensive network of plumbers, tilers, & electricians who we partner with to bring your Bathroom to life, therefore we arrange all of this so you don’t have to! That’s one of the main benefits of our full supply and fit service approach.
Project Completion
The finished product! Once we have installed your new Bathroom, we don’t just leave and move onto the next one. We take great care in our tradesmanship and therefore we make sure that everything in your newly installed Bathroom looks and runs exactly how it should be. We ensure the highest standard finishes on all of our Bathroom installations. Once we have signed off the project and you are happy with the finished results – if you are happy to do so, we would love to take photos and videos of your finished Bathroom for our portfolio to inspire other customers of what can be achieved.
